These advertisements were made in order to showcase a premium development of 5 detached family homes in Claudy, Selling for £325,000 in the hope to attract possible buyers before the houses are built

I made a number of different advertisements very similar to each other but formatted to suit each social media.

The full-size video is typically best to use on a website or on YouTube and is best when viewed on a computer. The square video is best for the likes of Instagram and Facebook posts and is best viewed on phones and ipads. The vertical video is best for the likes of Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook stories and is best viewed on phones and ipads.

Making a video isn’t just about slapping any video on anything - you actually need to have some thought into where the customer might be watching the video and you also need to pay attention to how you make videos. Nowadays, people’s concentration spans need something fast, short, straight to the point and engaging to watch.
